If you need a diary to manage your effective time and don’t like to buy one to carry everywhere you go, you can try out this Rainlendar tool. My best friend introduce this to me when I told him that I found an useful virtual sticky notes for my computer. This tool have similar function compare to PNotes and I was amaze with the tool functionality.

It comes with two version; Pro and Lite. Lite version is free however it does not support network sharing, Microsoft Outlook and Google calendar. You can save this into your pen drive and use it as portable calendar. In order to do that, after the installation you just need to copy the entire folder Rainlendar into your pen drive. Next step is in your pen drive just go to the Rainlendar folder and double click the Rainlendar execution file. Finally, you can use this like a charm effective time management.

Furthermore, it able to sync with your SonyEricsson phones. You can use MyPhoneExplorer for this functionality. Meanwhile, Pocket PC based phones and mobile devices you can use FinchSync .
